Heavin Trim Carpenters and Supply has grown from a small group of carpenters into a trusted partner for builders across the Carolinas region, offering design, manufacturing, distribution, and installation of an interior trim package, including doors, moldings, stairs, millwork and hardware.

Our Story
Founded in 1990 by Greg Heavin as a small group of interior trim carpenters. Heavin Trim Carpenters and Supply (Heavin Woodworks) was built on craftsmanship, reliability, and a commitment to doing the job right.
Growing With Our Builders
As relationships with builders grew, so did the need for a more streamlined approach. Heavin pioneered a turnkey model that combined trim materials and installation, helping builders simplify the build process and complete projects more efficiently.

Meeting Builders’ Needs
Heavin Trim has continually expanded its capabilities to meet the evolving needs of today’s builders. By purchasing materials at scale and maintaining substantial warehouse inventory, we ensure product availability that is value driven. Our in-house pre-hung door operation, extensive shipping capabilities, and dedicated fleet allow us to efficiently move materials from our facilities to the job site. Every effort is made to prevent back orders.
Installation Efficiencies
Behind every project is a dedicated team focused on installation efficiencies. Our logistics and customer service professionals coordinate deliveries and respond quickly to builder needs. Supported by the latest technologies and proven processes, Heavin ensures a job well done and on time.

Our field operations are supported by experienced project managers, quality control managers, and highly trained in-house carpenters.
